I was approached by Feminist Review editor early this year saying that she would like to do a review of my handmade bags.  I was excited about it , but at that time,  I couldn’t send her any samples as all my items were one of a kind and mostly I was just unable to  re-create them due to lack of  fabrics and time.

Eventually I did manage to send out 2  of my bags to be reviewed.  Was excited about it for quite a while as its the first time some one took the time to look  at my bags  and described in details what they thought of it.

Hi everyone,

I will be setting up a stall at the POCC Bazaar@Zouk this Saturday.

Date: 24th July 2010
Day :  Saturday
Time: 12-6pm

What’s on sale that day?
Mainly bags and jewelry. That would include sling bags, zipper pouches, drawstring pouch, pyramid bags, coin purse, metal clutch purse,  hair facinator,  beautiful necklaces that dresses up your outfit. All handmade by me.

Also, I have a few other items which I bought online and the size doesn’t fit. All brand new . Comes in original packing with receipt as proof.  Among those are tops from Victoria Secret and a designed rain boots  from Target.

Last but not least, what does POCC stands for?
Power Over Cervical Cancer. Yes, we’re bringing awareness and information to a larger volume of people, especially ladies.

So come on down, join me at the bazaar and continue with the party late into the night. I think there’s pole-dancing too.

Hi everyone,

I know I haven’t posted up any new creations or designs in a while. This is because I’ve recently bought over a huge bulk of sewing materials and  I’m in the midst of organizing them all. Cataloging and taking stock amazingly takes a lot of time, perspiration and concentration.

All in good timing, I’ve also decided to start branching out to provide these sewing materials for sale as well. I’m photographing and listing them up on my alternate Etsy site as quickly as I can. I have metal charms, chains, zippers, fabrics, vintage buttons, strings, velcro, interfacing, bias tapes, pipings, lace trimmings, appliques, bag handles, elastic bands, ribbons and all sort of little crafting/scrapbooking knick-knacks.

We’re having a Flea Market Stall at China Square Central!!
Its happening on the 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th of April 2010.
Which is every Sunday for the month of April.
